- Arrivals : Your room or apartment is ready for your arrival at 5 pm. If you arrive earlier, it is possible to leave your baggage in our luggage room. If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, please keep us informed to cancel the dinner included in your half-board..
- Departure : Check out is at 11 am.
If you wish to depart later, you may leave your baggage in our luggage room and use our Spa in the afternoon..
- Amenities : The three hearts room “Maison principale” have a telephone - TV - free WIFI connection - hair dryer
The 2 hearts room “Maison d’à-côté” have a telephone and a free WIFI connection.
- Animals : Upon request, we tolerate only dogs. They are not allowed in the restaurant or the Spa and its gardens. Please do not leave you dog all alone in your apartment or room. If an additional cleaning is necessary, we charge 5.- per day. Please do not use the hotel towels and sheets to clean your dog.
- Deposit : We ask approximately 30% of your holiday to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is non-reimbursed in case of cancellation (in all cases, at the last minute you will be charged for all nights booked.)
- Payment : We accept cash, all major credit cards (except American Express), cheque (FR), Chéques Vacances and wire transfers.
